Shipping

We ship from Melbourne to all of Australia at this stage. We will be shipping internationally very soon.

• Standard shipping - $9.95, 3 to 5 business days
• Express shipping - $14.95, 1 to 2 business days
• Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD

Orders placed before 12pm AEST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends ship the next business day.

Returns

30-day returns. If the kit is not right, send it back.

How to start a return

Email hello@getmudroom.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within one business day with a prepaid Australia Post return label. Pack the kit in its original or similar packaging and drop it at any Australia Post outlet.

When refunds process

Within 5 business days of us receiving the return. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used to place the order.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects, sizing or fit issues, change of mind within 30 days, damage during shipping. We pay return postage for all of these.

What is not covered

Damage caused by misuse. Washing leather or suede shoes (these are excluded in our Care Guide), tumble drying the bag, or using bleach with the bag. If the kit has clearly been used outside the intended use, we will let you know and the return will not be processed.

Damaged in transit?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We send a replacement or refund, your choice. No return required - the damaged kit is yours to keep, recycle or bin.
